At Bloomin, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to be simple and in compliance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the day you receive your product to notify us if you wish to return it. In this period you can return your product for any reason.
  • Notification: Please inform us of your intention to return an item within this 30-day period by contacting us at contactus@bloomin.co.uk.
  • We are unable to refund packages that were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund sale items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning Your Item

  • After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.
  • Please contact us to initiate your return and we will provide return instructions.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bloomin Returns, Hi Tide, Mackworth Road, CF36 5BT

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • The refund will include the cost of the product and the standard delivery charge. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactus@bloomin.co.uk.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Our policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and other relevant consumer protection laws.
